This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or Policy”) describes www.rakshakcode.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “Website”) or its mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “App” or “Mobile Application”) policy on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of the domain, www.rakshakcode.com and / or its Mobile Application. The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to www.rakshakcode.com and Rakshak Code Mobile Application. When you use the service available at our Website or / and Mobile Application, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. The Site and Mobile Application is owned and controlled by DigitalWork India.

We reserve the right to update, change, amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and said changes will be effective upon posting. Every time there is a change, we will display a notice on our Site and Mobile Application thereof. We shall also notify you by email. We will use your personal information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information unless you consent to the new or revised policy.

In every respect, by using the Site, or our Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective from 19 November 2021 and continues until revoked by the Company.

2.2.4 How long have you visited our site, which features you used, pages you browsed or services you availed, masked call voice recordings including your purchase behaviour. Etc.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

3.1 Additionally, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user’s account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

Access to your Personal Information. You have a right to access, modify, correct and request that Rakshak Code internally delete any Personal Information provided to or obtained by Rakshak Code. If you update, modify or correct any Personal Information, we may keep copies of your Personal Information prior to such update, modification or correction for uses provided for in this Policy. You may update, modify or correct your Personal Information via your account Preferences. Alternatively, you may contact [email protected] for updates, modifications and corrections to your Personal Information, or to request access to your Personal Information.

Retention Of Your Personal Information. You may request internal deletion of your Personal Information at any time by contacting Rakshak Code in the manner provided on Rakshak Code. Rakshak Code will endeavour to respond to your request in a timely manner. Please note, however, that Personal Information you have published on Facebook or other social channels may remain available even if you request that such information be internally deleted by Rakshak Code. Once a request to delete a Rakshak Code user’s Personal Information is received, it will be removed from our servers within 60 days. You may contact [email protected] to delete your account.

Protection of Your Personal Information. Any Personal Information that you provide to Rakshak Code will be protected in a commercially reasonable manner.

Notice of Breach of Security. In the event of a security breach that affects you Rakshak Code will notify you as soon as possible on both the nature of the breach and the actions taken to address it.
